To-Do's: List 3+ Weeks Before Tournament (May 20th to 23rd)
  1. Send tournament Handbook to each player, guest speaker, rules official, committee member, and scorer. 
  2. Send out press / media kit announcing tournament to major TV stations and newspaper, and clubs who have player's participating in the championship
  3. Send follow up invitation and Tournament Handbook to invited college coaches, Frank Cusamano
  4. Finalize hole locations and print sheets
  5. Send out reminder to coaches asking if they intend tyo attend. 
  6. Finalize work with Ryan on practice range set-up.
  7. ORDER SPONSOR SIGNS
To-Do's: List Week Before Tournament (June 5th)
  1. Upload all player names and tee times into Golf Genius;  post on website; send tee time announcements 
  2. Print player score cards.
  3. Create and print tee sheets
  4. Check-in with Dane/ Zina on tent placement, scoreboard, flat screen for scoreboard.  Player dinner arrangements.
  5. Print Notice to Players and Pace of Play
  6. Print packets for each rules person, volunteer and scorer identifying names of all persons involved, plus map and other general info they may need.
To-Do's: Day One Before Tournament (June 13th)
  1. Issue Name Badges for All Committee Members, Rules Officials, Volunteers and Scorers
  2. Issue Radios to Rules Officials, Bob Phillips, Jim McLaughlin
  3. Notice to Players and Pace of Play - issue to first tee.
  4. Provide scoreboard volunteers
    • petty cash (twenty $1 bills); 
    • dinner tickets, sheet to record names of those buying tickets, and players confirming their attendance
    • all paperwork for coaches, spectators
    • player tee gift, golf balls 
  5. Live Scoring Directions (print sheets, dispense to scorers)
    1. Scorers collect cards/ record scores on West Course
      1. Between #5 Green and #6 Tee;
      2. Between #9 Green and #10 Tee;
      3. Between #13 Green and #14 Tee;
      4. Between #17 Green and #18 Tee.
        1. Scorers will be positioned near water fountain between #5 Green and #6 Tee and at West Shack.
    2. Scorers collect cards/ record scores on East Course
      1. Between #5 Green and #6 Tee;
      2. Between #11 Green and #12 Tee;
      3. Between #17 Green and #18 Tee. 
        1. Scorers will be positioned at East Shack only.
