Mizzou Men's Golf head coach, Mark Leroux, led the program for his 12th season in 2015-16, and under his watch the Tigers have enjoyed unprecedented success, including three postseason berths in the last five seasons and 16 tournament victories since 2009.

Overall, Leroux has guided Missouri to 19 wins in his 12 seasons, and has more than 40 career victories at the collegiate level after starting his tenure at Austin Peay. During his seven seasons in Clarksville, Tenn., Leroux led the Governors to three consecutive NCAA Regional berths and parlayed that success by building the Tigers into conference title contenders in both the Big 12 and Southeastern Conferences.

Head coach, Mike Small, has brought national recognition to the Illinois golf program in his 18 years at the helm of the program. The 2015 Dave Williams National Coach of the Year has guided the Illini to Big Ten Championship titles in nine of the last 10 seasons and coached two NCAA individual champions in that span (Scott Langley: 2010 and Thomas Pieters: 2012).

Under Small's direction, the Illini program has seen consistent success as his teams have not only continued to achieve greatness at the conference level, but on the national level as well. His teams have advanced to the NCAA Championship in each of the last 11 seasons and in 14 of Small's 18 seasons.

A record four-time U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur champion (including 2011), Port is the10th player to win five USGA women's championships. She previously captured the championship for women age 25 and older in 1995, 1996 & 2000.

Port, who has been voted "Woman Golfer of the Year" seven times by the Metropolitan Amateur Golf Association, is also a past winner of the Bernice Edlund Award, which is given to the St. Louis area golfer in recognition of an "Admired Missouri Sportswoman's Accomplishments.

She has won four National championships and represented the United States in two U.S. Curtis Cup competitions. In 2000, she was recognized by the Regional Chamber and Growth Association during the Bicentennial Celebration as one of St. Louis' top 100 athletes of all time.

Sam Migdal won Central Missouri's first individual national championship, shooting 8 under par in the three-round NCAA Division II tournament that concluded Wednesday at Rock Barn Golf & Spa in Conover, N.C.

Migdal shot 66, 71 and 68 and helped the Mules to a third-place team finish, which qualified them for team match play.
