Winners    2020-2021 High School Boys and Girls State Champions in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kentucky, Kansas, Hawaii (as selected by the state STLGOLFJR Recruiter, offering one exemption to a young man and one to a young lady from each state)
  2020 Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship (Boys 1st Place)
  2020 Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship (Girls 1st Place)
2020 Gateway PGA Junior Championship (Boys 1st Place)
2020 Gateway PGA Junior Championship (Girls 1st Place)
2020 SLICJGA Championship (16-18 Boys 1st Place)
2020 SLICJGA Championship (16-18 Girls 1st Place)
2020 SLICJGA Championship (14-15 Boys 1st Place)

 

2020 Little People's Golf Championship (16-18 Boys 1st Place)
  2020 Little People's Golf Championship (16-18 Boys 2nd Place)
  2020 Little People's Golf Championship (16-18 Girls 1st Place)

 

2020 Little People's Golf Championship (14-15 Boys 1st Place)
  2020 Little People's Golf Championship (14-15 Girls 1st Place)

 

AJGA tournament winners (any AJGA event held in 2020 through February 2021) will receive consideration for an at large exemption/ invitation to play in the championship.

ROUTINE EXEMPTIONS
Players that will receive exemptions include those winners of the following MAGA, Gateway PGA and SLICJGA events: 
MAGA Event Winners
  • Prior Year Metropolitan Junior Amateur Championship
    • 1st place finishers for both men and women divisions*
Gateway PGA Tour Event Winners
  • Prior Year Gateway PGA Junior Championship 
    • 1st place finishers in age divisions 14-18 yrs. old*
SLICJGA Event Winners 
  • Prior year SLICJGA Championship winner for men and women divisions, ages 16-18
  • Prior year SLICJGA Championship winner for men 14-15
*If there is a tie for first place, all players will qualify and only players tying for first before any tie breakers will receive an exemption to the invitational. 
NOTE:  Invitations are subject to players meeting the age requirement of being 14-18 years old as of June 19, 2021.

 

PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2020 #STLGOLFJR  WINNERS

 Two Honorary Observer spots, one girl and one boy, to attend the Ascension Charity Classic on Friday, October 2, will be awarded to the 2020 Boys and Girls Champions of the St. Louis Junior Invitational.

 The Honorary Observers will receive a special “inside-the-ropes” credential, will be announced on the first tee with the playing group, and will received a signed photo of them with their professional group.

 It will be a one of kind experience for two of our players to have an up-close view of each golf shot and experience the excitement of being right there with some of the best players in PGA history.
